Ranger X
I only bought this game because the critics liked it and it was on sale. Once I played it, however, I was impressed. It has deep gameplay: your robot can run, fly, and ride a vehicle. Plus you can replenish your health by using sunlight and a recharger. The great graphics help, too. All this makes it one of the few robot games I actually liked.
